Glenn has lived in Dalhart since 1947 and has roots in the Dallam and Hartley County agriculture industry. In 1976, Glenn launched into the agriculture real estate market and expanded into residential property in the early 1980’s. Glenn is celebrating over 45 years in the real estate business and continues to progress as Dalhart’s leading Real Estate Broker.
Coby Cummings

Coby has been a real estate agent for more than 25 years with Glenn Cummings Real Estate. Born and raised in Dalhart, Coby’s enthusiasm for his hometown coupled with extensive market knowledge enables him to assist clients with all of their real estate needs. Clients benefit from his working knowledge of the area’s agriculture market as well as the residential developments in Dalhart. Focused on agricultural sales, Coby is well versed with all elements of farmland transactions and can help you find the land best suited to your needs.
Neila Williams
Neila was raised on a farm west of Dumas with the family land scattered across Hartley, Moore and Hansford County; because she was involved with all aspects of the family farm business, she has extensive knowledge of the area. Neila studied accounting at Amarillo College and later returned to school to become a licensed real estate agent. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and has served on the Safe Place Board. Neila is also a co-founder of Lynette’s Home for Handicapped Girls in Ada, Oklahoma. Neila moved to Dalhart in 2000. She enjoys riding motorcycles, running and weightlifting, and is an avid knitter.
